Service Description

For brokers who HAVE BIC Eligible Status or who are currently Broker in Charge (BIC), four (4) of the required CE credit hours must be obtained by completing the Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP) course each license period. The subject matter of this course will be changed by the Commission each license year. Century 21 brokers to pay their BIC directly All others pay through website $50.00 or at the door with cash.
